The data requested in the forms accessible from the booking menu are, in general, mandatory (unless specified otherwise in the required field) to meet the stated purposes. Accordingly, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, we will be unable to process the request.

  • Personal information about you, when you make a booking from your booking menu, which we ask you for

    • Picture of your Passport Details (only if you book Ferry Ticket with us)

      • Issuing Country
      • Date of Birth
      • Nationality
      • Country of Residence
  • Financial details in order to process your booking when we require pre-payment; Credit Card Information (e.g.; Credit Card Number, Name on Credit Card and Card Expired Date). We will never ask about CVV (Card Verification Value)
  • Details of your orders.

We grant permission to our data processor:

  • To use your personal information for reserving rooms spa and/or other services for you at Spa Village (Crown Vista Hotel Batam);
  • To pass on your financial details to Spa Village (Crown Vista Hotel Batam) and/or appropriate third party (for example, credit card company) for the purpose of confirming or paying for a booking;
  • To use your information for marketing purposes (where you explicitly agree to this); and
  • To pre-complete forms and other details on our website to make your next visit to our booking engine easier (e.g. when amending or cancelling a booking).

Social Login:

In the event of registration and/or access through a third-party account, we may collect and access certain information of the User’s profile from the corresponding social network, solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above.

Third-party data (e.g. book for a friend)

In the event that the User provides third-party data, they declare that they have the third party’s consent and undertake to provide the interested party -the data holder- with the information contained in this Privacy Policy, duly exonerating us and our data processor from any liability in this regard. However, we may carry out the necessary verification’s to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with the data protection regulations.

Unless specifically requested, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, on or through the Services or otherwise to us, any Sensitive Personal Data (e.g., social security numbers, data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, ideological or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background, trade union membership, or administrative or criminal proceedings and sanctions).

Reservations: Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information (held confidential) you authorize and agree to collection of payment for all charges as requested in our standard Spa Cancellation Policy.

Spa Timings / Room Requests

Please note we always do our best to accommodate your room spa choice, check in time on spa timing; however this can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

All our spa rooms are designed private as couples/single rooms so you and your friend and loved ones able to enjoy your spa session together in private.

Making A Reservation

  • Customer only able to make a reservation on our website is 3 days before arrival (if you wish to make a reservation within 2days or less, please contact Spa Village (Crown Vista Hotel Batam) directly)
  • A credit card is required to secure your reservation as we have a very strict cancellation policy.
  • By providing your credit card information (held confidential) you authorize and agree to collection of payment for all charges as requested in our standard Spa Village (Crown Vista Hotel Batam) Cancellation Policy. We reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Payment Information’s

  • Full payment via the payment system listed on our website or with a minimum deposit payment of 50%
  • After making a payment, a refund is not valid for any reason

No Children

For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, no children under seventeen (17) years old including infants in our spa room and minimum is 21 years old for our Beer Spa Treatment

Ferry Information:

We offer discounted Batam Fast ferry ticket and it’s an optional for our guest without extra charges. Selected Ferry Ticket when you make reservation and for Ferry Schedule will be send to you by email (Ferry Schedule, Ferry Booking Time and Ferry Ticket Price can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances)

Shuttle Bus Information:

We provide FREE shuttle bus from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal to our Spa Village (Crown Vista Hotel Batam) with minimal spending Rp. 450,000 and Room stay package (Selected Shuttle Bus when you make your reservation as optional)


Cancellations Policy

  • If spa reservations is cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival in writing by email, no fee will be charged. If in 2 days or less spa treatment is canceled later or in case of no-show, will be charged 50% from total spa payment. It is advisable to all guests to carry a comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
  • If reservations include ferry ticket is cancelled after we send booking confirmation in writing by email, so total price of ferry ticket will be charged.
  • If reservation include ferry ticket is modified, must be info to spa reschedule in writing by email and no fees will be charged as long our schedule is available but guest must go to Ferry agent by them self to reschedule their ferry time (additional charge is needed, depend on Ferry Agent)

Refund Information:

  • If payment was made by PayPal is cancelled so will be refund to PayPal account based on Cancellation Policy within 30 days PayPal after fees deducting and total amount usually is different because depend on PayPal currency
  • If payment was made by Bank Transfer is cancelled so will be refund as Cancellation Policy within 30 days and fee will be deducted.
